We have been working with the Danish Defence since 2010, in 2017 we entered the framework agreement, for the second time, regarding engineering consultancy services and technical support.
We contribute to the continuing technology development, so the Danish Defence is prepared for their future tasks. As a provider of technical services to the Danish Defence, idoc is obliged to meet the NATO’s safety regulations.
The services we provide to the Danish Defence needs to comply with the guidelines concerning execution of services, including specific standards and specifications. Idoc engineers are specialists in mechanical engineering and services within engineering, electrical works and consulting as well as multimedia design and innovation. We are always up to date with the latest requirements and standards in mechanical engineering.
Our contribution to the defence industry:
- We provide Technical documentation for armoured vehicles and service containers etc.
- Produces documentation for training simulators
- Engineering calculations such as shock/ blow loads for various types of construction etc.
We have extensive expertise working with the Danish Defence and the defence industry in Europe.
We have delivered 3D CAD models and documentation to the Danish Defence since 2010. Among some of the projects we been providing assistance to, have been the documentation of the PMV M113’s 3 and the 4. Generation Piranha vehicles and 20-foot service containers.
idoc is a member of the defence network CenSec – Center for Defence, Space and Security.
Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
We also deliver consultancy assistance regarding planning of supportive and coherent strategies for optimizing the functional support of products and equipment.
ILS is often measured by reliability, availability, maintainability, testability and system safety. ILS is integrated planning and action of several disciplines combined to ensure the systems availability. All this is done by utilizing existing resources and guiding the engineering process in order to ensure lower life cycle cost and increase return on investment.
