Projektering vedr. biogasanlæg til Nature Energy (Xergi)
Nature Energy develops and produces biogas and is the leading biogas company in Denmark. They have extensive international experience and have references in several European countries and the United States.
Our long-standing collaboration with Nature Energy began through our previous collaboration with Xergi, which was a biogas company acquired by and integrated into Nature Energy.
Tasks
Nature Energy needed our expertise in the preparation of technical drawings and models and advice in projects for the construction of biogas plants.
Solutions
To meet Nature Energy's challenges, idoc contributed with:
- Project design
- Drawing of pipes in both 2D and 3D models (AutoCad/Solidworks)
- Preparation of floor plans and working drawings
Results
We prepared manuals for two machines, including, operation manuals, spare parts catalogs, and drawings related to the manuals. In addition, we developed 3D models of the entire biogas plant, as well as produced working drawings of the pipes connected to the plant.
We also took on Nature Energy's additional workloads, which meant that they did not have to start recruitment processes of new employees during busy periods but could simply use our consultants.
