Tasks
PJM faced challenges in the design and construction of sub-machines for an automated production cell. Additionally, there was a need to document all drawings in 2D so that components could be manufactured both in-house and by subcontractors.
Solutions
To handle Carsoe's challenges, idoc contributed with:
- Design and documentation of the infeed system
- Design and documentation of the bag opening system
- Preparation of drawings for production and ordering basis
Results
Through the collaboration, PJM achieved well-developed and documented solutions for automation machinery. idoc contributed with a deep understanding of machine construction and assisted with the design of sub-machines, component construction, and the preparation of technical drawings. The collaboration ensured that project plans were followed, and the construction phase was completed on time.
About PJM
PJM designs and develops automated solutions for the production industry. They manufacture some of their own components and assemble as well as test the machines in their own production halls before implementing them into the customer's production lines.

Design and construction of machine parts for an automated production cell, as well as documentation of 2D drawings.
Carsoe
idoc provided solutions to Carsoe within the development and design of various components for their production.
Daniatech
idoc has prepared the base for Daniatech's production, which has ensured that their customers have a practical and visual overview of product information.
Danish Crane Building
idoc developed a new series of both shovel types produced in-house. In addition, we ensured that the shovels were reliable, easy to maintain, and easy to replace parts on.
Hoyer
Design of shafts for brake motors as well as assistance with design and guidance for existing brake motors.
Jasopels
Our consultants have developed their new product, Mastercut, by testing and preparing the Mastercut prototype in terms of design and improving the documentation for the first product series.
MAN Energy
idoc provided MAN Energy Solutions, Frederikshavn with the necessary consultancy within ILS documentation and Scope of Work.
Marel
idocs has been responsible for product development of a range of Marel's products in which our consultant acted as an extension of the in-house development department
ME Production
idoc advised and guided ME Production within the CE marking and the production of documentation for their powder mixing plant.
Nature Energy
We prepared manuals for two machines, including, operation manuals, spare parts catalogs, and drawings related to the manuals.
Stena Recycling
idoc's project manager optimized and coordinated the entire construction process, including coordination of subcontractors and over 100 men on the construction site.
TERMA
idoc reviewed and optimized the technical documentation and work process in the project so that Terma could create cost-effective solutions, ensure consistent handling of documentation and improve the accuracy of information.
