PJM faced challenges in the design and construction of sub-machines for an automated production cell. Additionally, there was a need to document all drawings in 2D so that components could be manufactured both in-house and by subcontractors.

Solutions

To handle Carsoe's challenges, idoc contributed with:

• Design and documentation of the infeed system
• Design and documentation of the bag opening system
• Preparation of drawings for production and ordering basis

Results

Through the collaboration, PJM achieved well-developed and documented solutions for automation machinery. idoc contributed with a deep understanding of machine construction and assisted with the design of sub-machines, component construction, and the preparation of technical drawings. The collaboration ensured that project plans were followed, and the construction phase was completed on time.
