idoc is responsible for the processing of personal information concerning our business partners and customers. idoc’s processing of personal data is consistent with the applicable legislation on personal data, such as the General Data Protection Regulation.

idoc uses data processors and entrusts these with the personal data collected at idoc’s website.

 

The processing of personal information

idoc’s right to process personal information depends on the purpose of the process.

 

Customers

If personal data is collected based on contractual agreements, the personal information will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. idoc must register information about our customers to meet the contractual agreements. The information will typically consist of the name of the company, CVR-number, contact person, phone number, e-mail, website, and payment information. The processing of personal data will likewise be consistent with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. This allows idoc to pursue its legitimate interest in the company’s administration and services, which also consists of idoc’s cooperation with customers and customizing of services. The information will be stored for as long as it is found necessary. Due to the need for documentation in possible disagreements, the collected personal data will be stores for 10 years after end cooperation. 

 

Non-customers

idoc processes data in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation in cases where idoc is contacted and a customer relationship is not established. The purpose of this process is based on idoc’s wish to answer the request. The information often consists of names, phone numbers, and e-mails. If a customer relationship is not established, this information will be deleted within 12 months.

 

Inquires on the website concerning open job positions

Applications

If an application is received through idoc’s website, personal data will be collected and processed. These data will often consist of names, phone numbers, e-mails, and other given information. The information is processed consistent with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The processing of information is necessary to meet the interest of candidates, who has sent their CV and application to get considered for a job. This processing is necessary for idoc to evaluate candidates suitable for a possible position at idoc. Applications will be deleted within 12 months.

 

Job adverts

Personal data is collected and processed if an application is sent to idoc through our website as a response to a job advert. These data often consist of names, phone numbers, e-mails, and other given information. This information will be processed according to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protecting Regulation. This processing of information is necessary to meet the interest of the candidates. Furthermore, the processing of data will be necessary for idoc to evaluate if the candidates are relevant for the job opening. Applications will be stored during the recruiting process. Applications, that will not be found relevant for the job, will be deleted immediately. In some cases, idoc will ask for consent to keep applications for up to six months for possible job openings. If the applicant does not consent, the application will be deleted.

 

Rights

idoc respects the rights of the people registered. You can at any time gain insight into what data is collected and processed about you and demand your data to be corrected and in some cases deleted or limited.

 

Insight

As registered, you have the right to gain insight into the personal data collected about you and processed by the responsible party cf. Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Rectification

As registered, you have the right to have incorrect information collected about you corrected cf. Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Deletion

Under certain circumstances, the registered has the right to have personal data deleted cf. Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Limiting of processing

In some cases, the registered has the right to have the processing of personal data limited cf. Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation.

 

Right to objection

Under certain circumstances, the registered has the right to object to the legal processing of data, cf. Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
